He is one of the greatest voices the progressive movement has ever had.

I have my TV on and all they are saying is was admitted to the ER at Cape Cod hospital with reports of showing stroke symptoms, then Medevac'd from there to Mass General.

from what I hear that is one of the top hospitals
to help him per MSNBC

He will be OK I Hope

I hope he is okay.  

I'm really really worried. Hope he will get better.

Is unfortunately a vague term that ecompasses a lot. It could be something relatively minor or something life threatening. All we can do is wait and hope and pray.

I hope for his fast and full recovery.

My prayers are with Senator Kennedy and his family.  

There has been no single person in the House or Senate who has been the voice for poor, sick and children in most of our life times like Senator Kennedy.  He has always been the voice of those Americans who needed it most.  I sincerely hope he can hear our voices now praying for him to be well.

A man who didn't have to be a liberal; who has all the money he could ever need; but who chose to fight for healthcare for all for over forty years, and who has been the champion of countless liberal causes in the Senate. While other rich men would have been staunch Republicans fighting for the wealthy, Ted had been fighting for the little guy his whole life.

I hope and pray for a swift and complete recovery.

I hate to be cynical but of course his new BFF bambi will have to rush to his side...excuse to skip out on more campaigning. I wouldn't put ANYTHING past them.

Well, for what it is worth, my thought on hearing the news about Kenendy was not sweetness and light.

He has played an ugly role in this primary and he has a lot to answer for in his life.

I am sujrfe B O will now rush to his bedside and hold his hand. what headlines those will be.

I hate to say this but I think something hinkky is going on with this hospitilzation of TK. Eulogizing him practically to get out talking points for Obama .. sounds fishy. Anyone who would leave someone to die is capable of most anything.

Ugh.  But I'm sure every REAL democrat, or any human being that is not completely shallow for that matter, wishes you a speedy recovery, Ted. :)

I was one of the people who was critical of Ted Kennedy when he was discussed here a few days ago.  I stand by my comments but I would certainly never wish ill on him or anyone for that matter.  Just because I was critical doesn't mean I am unfeeling or uncaring.  I hope whatever has happened with him is not serious and he has a quick and speedy recovery.
